There's a new Mayan pyramid on Cozumel! (Bldg on Right)It's called the Miramar Condominiums and it's located 2 miles north of town. There are only 12 units in all, which must make this the coziest pyramid ever. You will find the privacy of this low density setting enjoyable. Beautiful in its own right, the sloping design allows guests to bask in the glowing sun on all the units' balconies and terraces and to salute that sun with a frosty Margarita when it sets. And every unit in the Miramar condos on Cozumel does have its own balcony or terrace.
There is wonderful snorkeling off the Miramar. You can see a huge variety of iridescent fish, colorful coral and large sponges.
The Miramar 301 is a 3 BR Cozumel Condo. The living room, dining room and kitchen all offer wonderful views of the sea. Here you will find the television with Cable TV, VCR, CD Player, local phone service.
The unit is 1 flight stairs up from the street side. It is 2 flights of stairs up from the shoreline side. There is no elevator in the building.
The master bedroom contains a very comfortable king sized bed. It offers a panoramic sea view and private access to the balcony. It has its own large private bathroom with a separate shower.
The 2nd bedroom is worthy of master bedroom status. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a magnificent panoramic sea view. It also has its own private bathroom with shower.
The 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds is in the back of the apartment and offers a view of the jungle. It likewise has its private bath with shower.
The open design living room, dining room and kitchen is spacious and the dining room table can accommodate 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully furnished and spacious, including a microwave and all the small appliances that one would need.
